10th International Yoga Day
Yoga means union, that is to say, it unites body, mind and spirit, thereby keeping us intact, energetic and lively. Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2 Verse 50: “Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam” – Yoga increases our ability and dexterity at work. It also connects us with divine providence and then helps us being one with Brahman. On 10th International Yoga Day today, mass demonstration of Yoga has been organized at different places across the country. PM Modi led the celebrations of the International Day of Yoga at Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre Srinagar. The event underscores Yoga’s impact on young minds and bodies and aims to promote health and wellness on a global scale.
