I convey my heartfelt condolences to the family of our CDS General Bipin Rawat and Mrs Rawat and to the families of 11 brave AF personnel, who perished in a Chopper crash at Coonoor city, Tamil Nadu. We have lost a very devoted and competent commander and can never forget his vital contribution to our country becoming a strong military power. The whole country is shocked by the tragedy.
