दलित आन्दोलन

दबंगों से लगभग सभी जाति वर्ग के लोग भयभीत होते हैं | समाजवादी सरकार में अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति अत्याचार निरोधक अधिनियम तो क्या देश का कोई क़ानून दबंगों से सुरक्षा देने के प्रति लाचार था | यदि दलित आन्दोलन का सच्चा उद्देश्य राजनीतिक नहीं बल्कि दलितों को सुरक्षित करने का है तो समाजवादी के साथ गठबंधन क्यों और योगी सरकार का समर्थन क्यों नहीं जिसमें आज सभी तरह के दबंग अपनी औकात में हैं ?

शोषण व अत्याचार करने वाला कोई भी क्यों न हो यह किसी भी परिस्थिति में अमानवीय है, यह अपराध है | अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति अत्याचार निरोधक अधिनियम दलितों को समाज के दबंगों से उत्पीड़ित होने से सुरक्षित करने हेतु बनाया गया था | यह अधिनियम अपने उद्देश्य के लिए उस समय बहुत ही सही था, यद्यपि कि वोट की राजनीति की वजह से इसमें एक दोष ज़रूर था कि इसे जाति के आधार पर बनाया गया | खैर, समाज में परिवर्तन के साथ इसमें समय समय पर सुधार की हमेशा आवश्यकता रही है जो कि नहीं किया गया | अब शोषक व दबंग वे नहीं रहे जो पहले हुआ करते थे | आज जो भी किसी कुर्सी पर बैठा है या राजनीति में स्थान रखता है वह शोषक और अत्याचारी है और सारी आम जनता शोषित है | आज दबंग हर जाति के लोग हैं और दलित भी हर जाति के लोग हैं | ऐसे में किसी जाति विशेष के हाथ में यह हथियार हमेशा उसे अत्याचार से जितना सुरक्षित करता है उससे कहीं ज़्यादा उसे अत्याचारी बनाता है | एससी-एसटी एक्ट में फौरन गिरफ्तारी न करने के सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश समय के हिसाब से उचित ही नहीं किन्तु आवश्यक है | राजनीतिक दलों से अनुरोध है कि यदि उन्हें न्याय पसन्द है या वे जनता के प्रति तनिक भी चिंतित हैं तो वे इस मामले पर राजनीति करने से बाज आवें |

दलित आंदोलन के पीछे कुछ लोग ऐसे हैं जो बहुसंख्यक समाज में घृणा फैला कर उसके टुकड़े-टुकड़े करना चाहते हैं और उनकी निगाहें सिर्फ़ सत्ता पर टिकी हैं | ऐसे में सभी वर्ग के भाइयों से अनुरोध है कि वे धैर्य से काम लें और अपनी एकता को अक्षुण बनाए रखें | आज अपना देश अपनी सरकार है इसलिए आरक्षण है और एससी / एसटी अधिनियम भी | जो लोग बीजेपी को दलित विरोधी कह रहे हैं क्या वे साबित कर सकते हैं कि उनकी पार्टी में एससी / एसटी की भागीदारी बीजेपी से अधिक है ?

The scheduled are so ignorant that they don't know what they are doing - they kill people and set fire to properties quite innocently. It's for the non-scheduled to feel happy to be beaten by them and if they ever try to retaliate they are sure to be thrown into the infernal world. Ha ha ha !!! No party is concerned about a fair law – all of them love power; love chair; love money: you foolish hounds keep barking and tearing at each other.

Those who know their rights and privileges and are all unknown about their duties for the nation are not happy with the Modi Government and have taken to the streets in protest against the Supreme Court’s fair decision in respect of the discriminatory legislation. They are in government jobs. Let them cry their eyes out because they are the smallest group of the people. Every person irrespective of their caste, race or community must be treated in an equal way. It is Congress that has ever been playing politics based on caste, introducing the rules of law that has ever done its best to divide the community and spread the poison of hatred between the different castes of Hindu community.

Mr Rahul Gandhi has two things to do: to go abroad and God knows for what purpose and when in India, to search and wait for a spot which can help him spread hatred across the country as their ancestors had been doing to rule her. In actual fact, if he has something for the downtrodden, it is all hypocrisy and nothing else, for if the Gandhi family had been serious about the countrymen, it would have, at least, done to school them during the long period of their reigns. They sow the country with the seeds of bad blood and reap power and money to enjoy a jet-setting life.

Earlier the benefits reached only a few who not only took the repeated advantage but also were already well-bred and so a large number of the needy could get nothing except for a fake emotional satisfaction, as congress enticed the whole class of SC/ST into voting for them by providing jobs to only a few of them. Now PM Modi has been doing the opposite, trying to benefit the huge group of the real deprived. The ‘Stand-up India’ has done to get these disadvantaged to their feet.
