My warmest congratulations to Shri Narendra Modi on his taking the oath to become the well-liked Prime Minister of the country for the second time. The nation expects still better governance from him and is also sure that he will live up to his election promises as before. I would also like to congratulate all the members who are sworn in as ministers. We hope this competent team will lift India to new heights of productivity and creativity.
