Modism

The east and the west storm all abreast
To topple the deliverer of the poor,
But the angel from God
Powered by his profound patriotism
Stands like a rock immovable.
Thousand million hands, each though vulnerable,
Hold their spirited hero to face the challenge of
Eradicating corruption, black markets,
The reign of terror and intimidation.
Now Ravanas roar in a vain attempt
To fail the plans of righteous Ram
Leading and loved by, legions of sons
Born to the great Mother India.

PM Modi’s Clean-India Movement

Is not going to take a halt

Until it has swept all black piles of garbage

Off the houses, off the markets

And off the coffers of masterminds.

Tall trees are sure to be uprooted

In the Modi whirlwind.

Friendly to undergrowth,

Friendly to grass and plants,

It will give them space and sky to grow in.
