The nation should learn just a bit if not much
From what the great son of Mother India,
DR APJ Abdul Kalam, did for the country.
He took nothing from the soil
But gave the grandeur, the glory, the strength, the name, the fame
And everything to it.
He loved his motherland;
He loved every child of the land;
He was the guide, the guardian,
The inspiration, the caring father of the countrymen;
He put in every moment of his life, even the last one,
To make India stronger and more intellectual.
He was our real asset;
He was our pride and joy;
He was our heart and soul.
Dad, you are gone, leaving us alone!
Who will teach us, who will call us ‘our affectionate children’?
We are deprived of your warm love!
Dad, God will love you as you loved us!
You will always be in our hearts!
