Neeraj Chopada Wins a Historical Gold

 

Neeraj Chopada wins a historical gold in javelin throw, thus bringing great honour to the nation. He made a record throw of 87.58m and became the second Indian to win an individual Olympic gold medal and first to win a track and field medal in the Olympics. India’s golden boy realized Indian track and field sprinter, Milkha Singh’s dream. Now that it is a great moment in the country’s sports history, the people of India have gone wild with excitement. They are proud of their hero. This victory will be a great source of inspiration to the young sports people of India.

India has a festive atmosphere today. A gold son of the nation, Neeraj Chopra, made every countryman extremely proud by winning the first prize in javelin throw at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.
