All-enduring
and selfless love
Lives
only in the heart of a mother.

it comes to her child,

mind she never applies.

is the maker; the keeper is she;

is the energy; the teacher is she;

all human beings she is the owner,

appearance of God as a woman.
At
a rude remark often offence we take,
But
never at what our mother says.
Entirely without malice she is we know,
Therefore
for her respect we show.

am proud I am the son of my mother;

source of my identity is none other.

how I treasure those memories
Of
sitting at your knee, listening to your stories!
Mom,
I feel leaping in me an ocean of love
When
I recall the way you brought me up!
