Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam

When we are ill or in distress, the parts of our body and feelings are shattered. Here yoga creates wholeness and harmony in mind, body and spirit, thereby keeping us intact, energetic and lively. Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2 Verse 50: “Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam” – Yoga increases our ability and dexterity at work. It also connects us with divine providence and then helps us being one with Brahman. On 9th International Yoga Day today, mass demonstration of Yoga has been organized at different places across the country. PM Modi will lead the celebrations of the International Day of Yoga at the United Nations Headquarters today at 5.00 pm. People from more than 180 countries will join him in the celebration that is based on the theme “Basudhaiv Kutumbakam” (the whole world is a family) and it will be his first celebration of Yoga Day in a foreign country.
