Moments later, he got listening to a vague chatter coming from the dark air above. Then it seemed as if it was descending on him gradually. It came down quite too close and became at last audible. On paying undivided attention to it, he found .............

देश-प्रेम

 देश-प्रेम वह शक्ति श्रोत है जिसका कोई जोड़ नहीं, 

इसके सम्मुख टिक सकते हैं बम गोलों के होड़ नहीं ।

प्रगति किया है राष्ट्र किसी ने इससे ही प्रेरित होकर,
जीता है यदि युद्ध किसी ने इससे उनमादित होकर ।

रक्षक, प्रहरी सब के सब इससे ही उर्जा पाते हैं,
इसकी ज्वाला के वगैर जीवन दीपक बुझ जाते हैं ।

आज देश जो आगे हैं या जिनकी हनक गूँजती है
इसी चने के बल पर उनकी बाहें सदा फड़कती हैं ।

इस मक्खन को खाकर हमने अच्छा स्वास्थ्य बनाया था,
किसी विदेशी का प्रहार तब हम पर नहीं विसाया था ।

इसी ने हमको जोश दिया तब सीना हमने तान दिया,
पराधीन भारत ने फिर से 'जन गण मन' का गान किया ।

जब जब मदिरा देश-प्रेम की पीना हमने छोड़ा है
किसी विदेशी के सम्मुख तब घुटने हमने टेका है ।

स्वार्थ, ईर्ष्या के कोहरे में फिर से दिशाहीन हैं हम,
मक्कारों के फन्दो में अब फँसे हुए फिरसे हैं हम । 

लालच व मजबूरी में जिनने भी धर्म बदल डाला

उनकी निष्ठा संदिग्ध हुई है कौन नहीं इसको जाना । 

दो मुहे साँप फिरते स्वतंत्र हैं सुंदर इस फुलवारी में,

इन्हें कुचलना आवश्यक है खोज खोज हर झाड़ी में । 

जिन्हें घृणा है देश-प्रेम से उनका हिन्दुस्तान नहीं,

गद्दारों के लिए समझ लो यहाँ कोई स्थान नहीं । 

फिर से देश नहीं सौपेगा सत्ता नकली लोगों को,

ठीक यही होगा वे जाएँ अपने असली वतनों को ।

आज़ादी से आज़ादी या आज़ादी आज़ादी में,
जाति, धर्म की अथवा क्या आज़ादी काल कोठरी में ?

खाना, पीना, उठना, चलना प्रतिबंधित शदियो से था,
भूल चुके हो, जयचंदों, तब आज़ादी होती थी क्या !

देश-प्रेम में फिर से जिनका हृदय हुआ मतवाला है,

जिनने माँ के श्री चरणो में शीश अर्पण कर डाला है,

इस बीर भूमि पर वही रहेंगे सावधान सब हो जाओ,

मातृ-भूमि के हे कलंक अब तुम सब ज़रा सम्भल जाओ !

Annual Function, Kisan Degree College - Bahraich

The Commerce Department, Kisan Degree College- Bahraich, celebrated its Annual Function under the guidance of Dr Shaktidev Mishra, The Head of the Department, Dr Satish Singh and the learned faculty of the department, on 09th this month. Sri Jata Shanker Singh, the chairman of the management committee, chaired the conference. The secretary of the management committee, Sri K.P. Singh was chief guest and I was distinguished guest at the meet. A series of cultural events were organized with arts performed by the students of the department. The students who secured highest marks in the year 2015 were awarded different prizes and mementoes. In a speech to the students I said that the Modi Government is determined to meet the challenge of rising unemployment and falling living standards. I told them that human knowledge develops with population growth because the shortfall in resources and the inconvenience thereof compels man to evolve modern ways to make the best of them, to discover an advanced structure of business and to invent literary ideas to turn the masses to a particular objective. The policy of the previous governments has been to make a large part of the people dependent on the government aids and to reserve the business in the hands of the elites only. Now the Modi government is trying to make the people self-reliant. Start-Up and Stand-up India, Make in India, Digital India are not only the different schemes for combating mass unemployment but prove to be a revolution in the business sector of the country as the government is going to bring innovative young guns and the investors from both national and international market to a common platform called innovative hubs and Atal Innovative Mission where about a million new entrepreneurs are expected to start their ventures under the incubation of different institutions of technology and business management, following the PPP model.
